'Kitty is always baby': The online feline family has a field day with this lorge orange boy who thinks he's a smol kitten

No matter how many years pass, or how big and lorge they get, our cats are always babies. Whether they're loafing in tiny spaces, climbing into laps that they can barely fit, or demanding to be carried like newborns, one truth remains: kitty is always baby. And we wouldn't have it any other way.

We went around the I Can Has office and asked our resident cat pawrents how their own majestic floofs still act smol. The stories were as hilarious as they were wholesome. Here are some of our favorites, in no particular order:

"My 17-pound MaineCoon insists on riding my shoulder like he's still three months old"
"She refuses to drink water unless I hold the bowl for her - like a bottle for a baby"
"He tries to curl up in the fruit basket. He does not fit."
"My cat is so long he takes up the whole sofa, but he still kneads my blanket like a kitten"
"She screams until I pick her up and cradle her like a newborn baby"
"He still wants to climb onto my chest while I'm working, even though he blocks the whole screen"
"My floof tries to nap inside shoeboxes meant for sandals. It's chaos."
"Every night, she suckles on the same blanket she's had since kittenhood, even though she's bigger than the blanket now"

That looks like a lorge orange boy who will always think of himself as a teeny tiny kitten, the smallest cat that can climb on his human dad whenever he wants to. And yes, we believe this will stay true for the rest of his life.
